I was first inspired to become a Real Estate Agent when my husband and I purchased our first home together. We did not have a clue about the process, much less an understanding about what a Buyer's Agent was. As we were writing our first contract, which happened to be new construction, we thought the nice guy behind the desk represented us. It was later that we figured out he represented the developer when we began to hear what all our new neighbors who had had agents had been able to negotiate. Because it was our first contract, we were so nervous, so excited, a little freaked out, and every other emotion you can imagine. I began to think seriously about the process, as it was unfolding around us, and started to think how cool it would be to help others go through this. Your home is not only where you begin your day but where you end it. It is essential that where you lay your hat and keys is comfortable to you. Your home is the launching pad for everything else in your life. Now that I have been fortunate enough to practice for the last five and half years, I am so grateful for the career choice I made. Acting as both Buyer's Agent and Listing Agent I have grown to thoroughly understand the process. With both perspectives in tow, I can best guide my clients to their ultimate goal. That goal, of course, is home. I have learned the best marketing techniques to sell your home and the most effective way to educate the client on their new home search. It is a pleasure to connect people with not only their biggest investment, but their most essential one.
